Leaps & Bounds!!!

Finn has come such a long way...

our little guy is growing up right before our eyes.

We are just waiting for the day he comes home 

with his ears pierced

and "BURNS" tattooed across his back

(oh the joys of being a parent)

some of the joys we are experiencing now are:

-rolling over

-sleeping on the tummy (kinda scary) 

-sleeping through the night

-scooting and twisting on his back

-holding his own bottle

-wobbly sitting

-putting his own Binky in his mouth

-putting his own toes in his mouth

-just putting everything in his mouth

-lots and lots of smile laughs and jibber jabber :)

-and some sexy modeling on the side

(as you can see from the picture above)

Happy 4th of July!!!

We had a fabulous 4th of July...

we started off the holiday with a long beautiful hike 

this is how Finn started the hike

(just chillin)

then Finn moved to this

(loving life)

and this is how Finn ended the hike

(sleepy boy)

after the long hike 

we cooled off in the branch family pool 

and played some pool volleyball :)

we then ended the night with 

root beer floats and fireworks.

It was such a fun 4th of July 

and Finn LOVED the fireworks!!!

Lehi Rodeo Roundup!!!

we went to the Lehi Rodeo Roundup

this last weekend with my family.

It was so much fun even in the rain

I think Finn liked it...

until he fell asleep after the national anthemjust look at our cute little cowboy

in his cute little cowboy getup :)

4 Months a still a Rock Star!!!

Finnegan had his 4 month Dr. visit a few weeks ago

weight: 14lbs 12oz - 60th%

height: whatever makes him in the 80th%

he also had to get 4 shots poor lil guy :(

but he was tough and only cried for a second

- Finns framed foot prints (which were very hard to get)

- to watch golf (see TV in background)

- to pick out Finns outfit (enough said haha)

Sunday Brunch and June Showers!!!

We went to LaCaille for a wonderful Sunday Brunch

with the Burns Family the dessert was ALMOST too cute to eat

but I had to eat it to get that little swan to stop looking at me :)

we toasted swans...
they toasted swans...then we all took a stroll

through the beautiful green gardens

I just love a nice warm summer rain!
